We’re currently looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative (OSDR) to join our fun, dynamic team. As an OSDR you will work closely with Account Executives to identify target prospects to reach out to via phone and email whom are willing to engage in conversations to help their businesses improve in key areas of the product management lifecycle.

This position is an entry point for a successful career in enterprise level sales. As a part of this program, you will be provided with quality training and mentorship from senior members of our sales development and new business sales teams in the application Cloud technology market.

What you will do:

  • Identify, interact and qualify target prospects via phone and email resulting in new pipeline for your assigned Account Executive’s territories.
  • Work with your assigned Account Executive to manage a large prospect base using SalesForce automation tools to determine target prospects.
  • Learn Arena’s technology at a high level and Arena’s core value proposition.
     

What you need:

  • You possess positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong writing skills.
  • You can demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, quickly building trust and rapport with prospects.
  • You are a team player who wants to work in a high-energy sales team environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Psychology or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of business development experience strongly preferred.
