Systems Validation Manager

We are currently searching for a Systems Validation Manager
Responsibilities:
- Product and system validation on ARCA products prior to Sales release.
- Design, develop, and implement test and evaluation strategies, plans and methods to assure reliability of hardware and software solutions
- Evaluates system capabilities, system design concepts, requirements, risks and opportunities, and processes for integration, test, and evaluation
- Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability and user personas
- Generates system requirements and user validation approaches and customer acceptance criteria, generate test reports.
- Establishes standards, practices, and procedures for integrating, testing, evaluating and transitioning systems and enterprise capabilities, and coordinates with stakeholders.
- Develops and directs preparation for the execution of test & evaluation plans, procedures and schedules, which verify and validate system requirements and user criteria.
- Participates in reviews of systems and elements under development to ensure traceability of requirements compliance through validation.
- Report defects to appropriate team leads for correction and track to resolution.
- Report validation progress to key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain metrics for effective validation of solutions
- Competitor product evaluation and analysis
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is preferred in Computer Science or similar technical degree
5-7 years experience in testing hardware and software solutions
A proven track record on successful solution implementation and trouble-shooting skills
Ambition to lead a small team of professionals
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills
Thirst for continuous technical learning and technologies
Travel up to 10% annually
