Sales Coordinator

Customer Service | Midwest US | Full Time | From $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year

The ARCA Sales team is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in Mebane, NC. 

The Sales Coordinator is an integral part of our business that directly supports the Sales team and will act as backup for sales and channel operations as needed.



  • Managing Sales orders and quotes.
  • Supporting sales with pertinent information as it pertains to orders.
  • Maintaining regular and consistent communication with Sales team members.
  • Helping to manage next actions for order processing through the organization.
  • Overseeing and addressing internal needs as it pertains to orders.
  • Entering orders into ERP, completely and accurately.
  • Escalating concerns when needed.
  • Verifying and securing payment(s) received.
  • Managing orders from initial confirmed date to shipment.
  • Manages, organizes, and conducts meetings when necessary.
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Oversees the preparation and implementation of all transactions, paperwork, and internal
  • processing for orders.



  • Associate's degree or a minimum of four years' related experience
  • Detail oriented
  • This is a customer facing role, must have superior customer service and problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 3 – 4 years experience with ERP’s and CRM’s
  • Infour experience a plus
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Microsoft Office Suite capabilities
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time
  • Able to adapt to change quickly
  • Prefer candidate to be on East coast or in the mid West for client communications
