The Global Retail Business Leader will provide leadership, vision, strategy, and daily execution oversight for the global retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering upon strategic objectives, identifying new market and revenue opportunities, delivering upon product roadmap commitments, and ensuring the overall productivity of the team and quality of the work.  This role is based at our Global Headquarters near Research Triangle in Mebane, North Carolina.



  • Comprehensive knowledge of retail cash processes from store operations to HQ to CIT to bank

  • Design rules of engagement to build a strong demand-creation dynamic to establish ARCA as a world class Retail sales force

  • Work cross functionally with internal partners to understand business needs, align priorities and execute on strategies to deliver a product portfolio, driving success for our customers as well as ARCA

  • Coach and motivate your team to exceed targets (financial, customer satisfaction, operational)

  • Develop sales and marketing strategies for ARCA’s retail solutions

  • Develop go-to-market and lead generation strategies for direct and indirect channel opportunities

  • Collaborate with internal partners to develop and define the product strategy for Retail customers

  • Own quality across entire Retail product solutions

  • Staffing and resource allocation for global team

  • Owning the leadership of Sales and Service for Retail business



  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred 

  • Minimum 10 years retail industry experience including relevant technology

  • Minimum 5 years of P&L responsibility overseeing $20M-$50M+ business

  • Extensive prior experience leading a metrics-driven sales organization

  • Proven track record of leading Sales team with continued growth

  • Ability to travel 25%, including international travel
