Assembly Operator - Temporary Contractor

The ARCA Manufacturing department is seeking an experienced Assembly Operator Temporary Contractor to join our team in Mebane, NC.  This role is responsible for assembly, test repair, and refurbishment of products.


The position schedule is Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.  Must be available to work October - December 31, 2019.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assembly of semi-finished units

  • Building sub-assemblies

  • Testing and customization of units

  • Re-allocating unit and repurposing modules from scrapped or damaged units

  • Responsible for testing, repairing, and inspection of modules for internal and external customers

  • Building of sub-assemblies, and preparing refurbished units for resell and service orders

  • Preparing orders by processing requests, System Input (SAS), and placing orders in delivery area

Qualifications:

  • Assembly experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
