As an HR generalist you will be required to handle a number of HR tasks simultaneously including recruitment, training, operations, policy and planning. We are a results-oriented team at the threshold of explosive growth and looking for someone with a strong verve and initiative to join us for the ride.
Required Experience: Min. 1 year
- Recruitment: Come up with new and innovative ways of attracting top talent, source and recruit suitable candidates for various roles within agreed time frame
- Employee engagement: Initiate the company’s needs to improve the company’s culture, conduct company wide focus groups to increase participation and create awareness
- Organizational development: Revisit the orientation presentation, develop the exit and probation interview structure and conduct their Interviews for data analysis.
- Training and development: Develop and conduct English language and business communication training sessions
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal skills.
