Business Development Manager

Marketing | Lahore | Full Time

Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for closing inbound leads and driving our strategic outbound efforts. You will be working directly with our product manager and technical team to prepare a sustainable growth plan for our product. We are a results-oriented team at the threshold of explosive growth and looking for someone with a strong verve and initiative to join us for the ride.

Responsibilities:

  • Work and collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent lead generation and revenue.

  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

  • Identify product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

  • Make accurate cost calculations to provide customers with quotations.

  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement with a view to closing sales.

  • Attend trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations to represent the company.

  • Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

  • Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with team to discuss current progress and future strategies.

  • Track sales metrics and report data on a regular basis.

  • Embody company culture in all communication with current and prospective clients

  • Collaborate with technical team on sales technology initiatives.

  • Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications

 

Requirements:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivinant.

  • At least two years experience in sales role within IT industry.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Hardworking, persistent, and dependable.
