Assistant Manager - Accounts

Job Description

Experience :  2-3 years

Qualifications :  ACCA / M.Com / MBA (Fin)


Principal Accountabilities:

The principal accountabilities include but are not limited to:

  • Be proficient in online data entry system i.e. Quickbooks.

  • Processing all type of payments i.e. vendors, advances. Bank Reconciliations, Debtors & Creditors Ledger Reconciliations

  • Preparation of Payroll, made monthly adjustments of increment bonus and computation of taxation.

  • Manage Monthly submission of the income tax statements i.e. salary, Supplier and Services.

  • Issue Tax Certificate/Salary Letters/Slips to Employee

  • Dealing with Financing / Lease matters with banks

  • Manage & Process multiple claims under company policies i.e. Education Fees, Medical, Fuel Reimbursements, Car Lease, etc.

  • Any other assignment or action either communicated by Senior Management or arising from managers/ coordination committee.
