Robotic Assembly Technician

We are seeking an assembly technician who wants to further their mechanical and electrical skills and has a passion for robotics.


  • Methodical and procedural assembly of robotic components and assemblies to include precision machine parts, press-fit bearings, and ball screws
  • Test performance of robotic assemblies, using instruments such as oscilloscopes and voltmeters 
  • Electrical component assembly to include building wiring harnesses and soldering
  • QA/QC of products to include the development of testing and troubleshooting procedures 
  • Documentation of procedures and development of user manuals
  • Customer support to handle technical questions about components issues


  • Experience with precision fabrication and assembly to include power tools and equipment
  • Excellent hands-on skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Writing skills to develop technical manuals and other product publications
  • Ability to talk with and communicate with customers
  • Good problem solver
  • Initiative and self-motivated, ability to work with little supervision

Bonus Points:

  • Embedded System assembly and fabrication
  • CNC machining experience
  • Metal fabrication/welding (MIG, TIG etc)
  • 3D printing experience
  • Expertise in CAD
  • Aptitude in computers
