Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a hands-on, Sales Development Representative (SDR) that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. To fill this role, we are looking for a candidate who can fuel our sales pipeline by utilizing their previous experiences working with various lead sources to produce new qualified sales leads for our Sales Executives.  You will play a fundamental role helping us achieve our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.


  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales qualified opportunities and route to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure

  • Contact potential prospects through inbound and outbound sales prospecting

  • Offer a high level of company representation to potential prospects

  • Source new sales opportunities through various inbound lead services

  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

  • Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries

  • Manage lead journey through sales automation tools

  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections

  • Consistently achieve meet quotas to ensure revenue objectives are obtained

Required Skills/Experience

  • Strong phone presence while prospecting and cold calling

  • Experience working within CRM and marketing automation platforms

  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communications skills

  • Business-to-business sales experience (SaaS sales a plus)

  • Strong communication skills and business acumen

  • Can collaborate and influence in a “win as a team” environment

  • Resourceful, multi-tasker who can prioritize and manage time effectively

  • A self-starter with a proven track record of success and tenacity

  • Qualification and objection handling

  • Experience in high-volume inbound and outbound sales prospecting

  • Ability to be observant and help develop areas that need improvement

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
