Marketing Manager

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Marketing Manager who can help navigate our growth from an upstart company into being the de facto industry standard as the best appointment messaging and scheduling solution.  The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and leverage experience in SaaS product marketing and demand generation to efficiently grow our client base. The successful candidate will have proven experience designing, launching, and tracking marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads and engage prospects within a B2B buying cycle.  This individual will collaborate with our sales department to assure that sufficient leads are generated to support our growth goals.  As we expand, this person will work to define new vertical markets, pricing, positioning, product roadmap and demand generation opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing campaigns with a proven track record of driving growth in a lead generation role.

  • Develop and execute on multi-channel market strategies designed to drive sales qualified leads and increase market share.

  • Ability to successfully leverage channels such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, PR, email marketing and viral to drive traffic to our website, landing pages, social media, apps., etc...

  • In depth experience integrating leads into a CRM platform

  • Explainable growth hacking experience.

  • Expert in using marketing automation platforms to scale and automate the growth process.  

  • Excellent writing skills and willingness to create case studies and marketing content

  • Website/landing page creation and optimization, HTML/CSS skills are highly desired.  

  • Editing and copywriting experience. Proficient with Wordpress.

  • Exchange ideas/data/feedback to present results and make the product more user-centric.

  • Prioritize and optimize growth channels.

  • Research and coordinate tradeshows and conferences.

  • Be data-driven, utilize analytical tools and have demonstrated decision making experience.

  • Ability to coordinate with outside contractors.

  • Create, track and report on key metrics showing the success and ROI of marketing investments.
