Responsibilities:

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can navigate our continued growth as the de facto industry standard for appointment reminder messaging and online scheduling.  The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and leverage experience in SaaS marketing and demand generation to efficiently drive trials and marketing qualified leads. The successful candidate will have proven experience designing, launching, and tracking marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads and engage prospects within a B2B buying cycle. This individual will collaborate with our sales department to ensure that sufficient leads are generated to support our growth goals.  As we expand, our Digital Marketing Manager will work to define new market segments; positioning, product messaging and demand generation opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing campaigns with a proven track record of driving growth in a lead generation role.

  • Develop and execute on multi-channel market strategies designed to drive free trials and marketing qualified leads.

  • In depth experience using marketing automation to manage and communicate with lead sources and leads (ex. Hubspot, Close.io, Intercom). 

  • Expertise in using marketing automation platforms to scale and automate the growth process.  

  • Ability to successfully leverage channels such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, PR, email marketing to drive traffic to our website through landing pages, social media, apps., etc…

  • Website/landing page creation and optimization, HTML/CSS skills are highly desired.  Proficient with Wordpress.
  • Be data-driven, utilize analytical tools and have demonstrated decision making experience.
  • Create, track and report on key metrics showing the success and ROI of marketing investments.
  • Excellent written skills and willingness to create marketing content; quarterly newsletter, blogs, case studies, trade journals.
