As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), at Aparavi, you are responsible for outbound lead generation (B2B SaaS solution) using a mix of provided leads, email, outbound calling and social media.   Our automated marketing engine provides you with marketing qualified leads, daily, to generate enterprise business opportunities.  In addition to contacting new leads, you will reactivate and accelerate former leads to set appointments for the business development team and/or close the deal for your assigned territory. 

Your goal is to continuously meet and exceed your sales goals. You will also contribute to and execute business communications that create a superior customer experience and set the stage for you to close the sale or enable an effective sales hand-off as appropriate.

  • 2-3+ years B2B software/SaaS sales experience

  • Confidence to listen to customer objections, respond effectively & know the product 

  • Creativity in approach to outbound calling, emailing, and online prospecting (with daily goals achieved) 

  • Proven track record exceeding sales goals & quotas

  • Strong closing skills

  • Team oriented, self-motivated and success-driven

  • Ability to leverage social media for prospect identification and development

  • Excellent business writing, communication, phone and presentation skills

  • CRM experience & commitment to accurate updates


  • Generate high quality leads through high volume outreach to our existing database, email communications and online prospecting

  • Call, vet and document marketing qualified leads so that you covert them to sales 

  • Build and nurture relationships with potential prospects to push them to the bottom of the funnel

  • Set appointments for our Business Development Executives when appropriate  

  • Strategize with Marketing and Business Development team on how to uncover new opportunities

  • Develop relationships with Microsoft CSP partners for pipeline growth
