As a Business Development Representative (BDR), at Aparavi, you are responsible for outbound lead generation (B2B SaaS solution) using a mix of provided leads, email, outbound calling and social media.   Our automated marketing engine provides you with marketing qualified leads, daily, to generate enterprise business opportunities.  In addition to contacting new leads, you will reactivate and accelerate former leads to set appointments for the business development team.

Your goal is to, continuously, meet and exceed appointment and opportunity goals. You will also conduct business communications that create a superior experience and set the stage for an effective sales hand-off.

  • Confidence to listen to customer objections and respond effectively

  • Transferable experience with outbound calling, emailing, and online prospecting

  • Proven track record achieving measurable goals

  • Ability to leverage social media for prospect identification and development

  • Excellent business writing, communication, phone and presentation skills

    • HubSpot experience

    • B2B software/SaaS sales experience or other related business experience



  • Generate high quality leads through high volume outreach to our existing database, email communications and online prospecting

  • Call, vet and document the marketing qualified leads

  • Build and nurture relationships with potential prospects to push them to the bottom of the funnel

  • Set appointments for our Business Development Executives 

  • Strategize with the Business Development team on how to uncover new opportunities
