Project Manager

Job Description

Anvil is actively recruiting a Project Manager. This candidate would be responsible for the day-to-day management of various digital projects, including technology and marketing campaigns including websites and web applications.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, creative, self-motivated, and have excellent written and oral communication skills. To perform well in this role, the candidate needs to enjoy fostering client relationships and have knowledge of marketing technology. Ultimately, the candidate should be able to manage and deliver our projects’ digital lifecycle within quality, time, and budget requirements.


  • Provide end-to-end project management for a variety of digital projects

  • Translate scope project requirements into detailed project plans, communication plans and monitor progress and profitability

  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects

  • Deliver projects on time while ensuring quality standards are met

  • Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications as needed

  • Monitor and report on project profitability and overall project health

  • Ensure alignment across teams around task delegation

  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues

  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new processes

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and account growth


  • 3+ yrs experience as a Project Manager - agency experience a plus

  • Experience with PM methodologies such as Scrum, Agile a plus

  • Experience independently managing multiple complex projects with high attention to detail

  • Knowledge of project management tools such as; Teamwork, Asana, Basecamp, JIRA, Smartsheets

  • Familiarity with Content Management systems such as Wordpress and HTML/CSS

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, PPC a plus

  • Experience working with remote teams a plus
