The Project Manager role is an important one within our organization, and we have an immediate need for someone who can confidently come into this role and take charge. Someone who is ready to manage multiple projects and collaborate with our strategy team to dig into some of our clients’ biggest challenges and develop creative solutions that can fuel growth. The ideal candidate will be energetic, creative, self-motivated, and have excellent written and oral communication skills. To perform well in this role, the candidate must enjoy fostering client relationships and have experience managing complex digital marketing projects.
Provide end-to-end project management for a variety of digital projects
Work with VP of Operations to onboard new projects to effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across projects based on scope of work and project goals
Translate scope project requirements into detailed project plans and monitor progress and profitability
Build trusting, collaborative relationships and partnerships with team members and clients to achieve key business objectives
Core point of contact for client communications, scheduling, and project deliverables
Deliver projects on time while ensuring quality standards are met
Lead daily standup meetings with internal teams
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
Ensure alignment across teams around task delegation
Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
Collaborate with strategists to bring forward ways to improve clients’ success that focuses on growing their business by building trust, driving results within their campaigns, and upselling additional services that would benefit their business
Develop and optimize departmental and agency processes
5+ yrs experience as a Project Manager - agency experience a plus
Experience managing project scopes that include digital marketing strategy, Google Analytics, SEO, PPC
Familiarity with Content Management Systems such as Wordpress and HTML/CSS
Experience with PM methodologies such as Agile + Waterfall
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools such as Teamwork, Basecamp, Jira, Asana
Experience independently managing multiple complex projects and interacting with a variety of clients
Experience presenting information to clients and/or key stakeholders within an organization
Strong attention to detail and focus on task management
Experience in resource planning
Experience working with remote teams is a plus

We support local food pantries like Food Outreach, an organization that provides meals to low-income men, women, and children living with HIV/AIDS or cancer.
