Media Analyst

Responsibilities include:

  • Build and creatively scale models to analyze current media spending and possible bidding improvements
  • Help build financial models and projections, and continually update and maintain for strategic purposes
  • Closely monitor performance of models across revenue, performance, and pacing
  • Analyze client needs and requirements, and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Troubleshoot technical issues both internally and with third party vendors
  • Build-out/manage Facebook campaigns for clients including strategy, Ad campaigns and social integration
  • Work with the optimization team to analyze user data and improve our websites through A/B testing on-site elements, developing different landing pages and managing the routing of models


  • BA or BS from a top school with a solid GPA
  • Experience using Excel, Powerpoint and other tools; strong desire to learn these tools
  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Immaculate written and verbal communication
  • Deep desire to learn and work in a very fast-paced environment


  • Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript coupled with technical Internet expertise
  • Previous work in performance marketing, media buying,  lead generation, or related spaces
  • Previous work in financial services, consulting or other quant/data driven fields
  • Previous startup experience
  • Previous campaign optimization experience
