Lab & Manufacturing IT Systems Engineer – Therapeutics


We are looking for a hands-on Systems Engineer who will deploy and maintain IT solutions for lab infrastructure specific to Manufacturing and R&D laboratory teams. You will be joining a talented group of people creating new products targeting the human microbiome to help manage diabetes. This is a highly collaborative team of scientists, physicians, engineers, R&D, manufacturing, clinical, marketers and salespeople who share a common goal: Improving human health by using the latest research from microbiology, molecular biology, genomics, distributed computing, pharmaceutical development and nutrition. Your work will assist in building products that will help improve the lives of people globally.


You will be responsible for manufacturing, product development and R&D laboratory IT infrastructure including lab and manufacturing computer systems, processing software updates, working with vendors in selecting appropriate software versions, ensuring successful rollout of updates and new systems, designing and building streamlined data workflows, etc.


This role requires this person to work closely with lab and manufacturing staff while wearing PPE.


We would ideally like to see a candidate with specific experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment, or laboratory setting.


This is a highly visible role within the organization and this person needs to be self-motivated with the ability to jump right in, figure out what is needed, and what should be prioritized as next steps. This is an awesome team in a very transparent organization.
