HR Director - Pharmaceutical

Job Description

We are looking for a Director or an Associate Director of HR. This person will use experience gained in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry to develop, implement, modify, supervise, and review tactical and strategic processes and procedures to optimize employee performance, employee satisfaction, talent acquisition, training and development, etc.

 

The best person for this role will provide human resources direction, while at the same time be a “hands-on” HR professional. This person will help implement excellent culture and optimized performance within the organization. Part of this will be to develop and supervise staffing and recruiting processes and ensure excellent talent acquisition and retention.

 

This HR Leader will use existing (and review/recommend new) technology solutions to optimize employee performance. The Director will also supervise recruitment, stay on top of new regulations and HR developments, ensure regulatory, legal, and other policy compliance.

 

Qualifications:

 

BS or equivalent.  

8+ years of human resources management.

Demonstrated biopharmaceutical industry experience.

Proven Talent Acquisition experience.

HR Strategy experience is a must.

Proven excellent communication skills.

Ability to be “hands-on” with all levels of employees.
