Position Summary:

We have a brilliant opportunity for an energetic digital media Sales expert. The Sales Manager plays a very important part of this small team who will be responsible for securing new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships. You will use your strong DSP and digital media knowledge to be confident selling the amobee platform to clients and empowering them.


  • Sell online solutions to agencies/direct clients to maximize share of revenue & yield generated from your assigned team territory

  • Development of effective, long term agency and client direct relationships at Senior & Junior Levels

  • Forecasting of expected revenue against budgets for each client

  • Grow the base of advertising customers within your designated Agencies

  • Manage sales opportunities & generate sales leads. Acquire new business from online growth categories

  • Manage & lead an effective working relationship between sales, client and ad operations to ensure the agreed terms of a campaign can be met and avoid the risk of under-delivery

  • Maintain a superior level of client service that is aligned with company expectations

  • Ensure client base have updated information including sales collateral and information on new products

  • Develop unique client engagement strategies that build effectively relationships and assist Amobee to stand out amongst competitors

  • Makes decisions whilst in market to meet clients demands, while still fulfilling Amobee business objectives

  • Ensure all campaigns are completed and delivered as contracted

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Sales/Business Development in an online advertising environment; with a minimum of 2-3 years in an AdTech/DSP organisation, experience across all digital channels a plus (video, mobile, display)

  • Passionate about technology and a demonstrated knowledge of the Ad-tech ecosystem/competitive set

  • Deep understanding of agency holding companies, trading desks, and media agencies and a strong reputation/book of contacts within agency trading desks

  • Proven ability to conduct business and manage client relationships with a sense of accountability and urgency, but also willing to be “in the trenches” with the team to ensure executional excellence on behalf of assigned accounts

  • Proven business development ability (growing from zero) AND account development ability (growing existing accounts)

  • Disciplined Sales reporting and account growth practices

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
