Position Summary:

Amobee is seeking an experienced Sr. Ad Operations Manager who has a deep passion for the Digital Advertising space and Ad Operations.  We are looking for a highly motivated, driven, and detail-oriented individual with a high technical aptitude and background to play a critical role in our overall, growing success. Responsibilities will include directing and mentoring the Ad Ops team, ensuring the successful delivery of trafficked campaigns as defined by advertising specifications, taking lead on assigned projects to improve operational excellence, and serving as subject matter expert to both internal and external clients on everything Ad Ops related.

Ideally, this candidate will have strong project management and relationship skills and demonstrated success with trafficking large, complex campaigns in an online advertising industry.  Individual will possess sound analytical, technical aptitude, and effective communication skills.  The right candidate will be exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects with rapidly altering priorities and tight deadlines.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with multiple groups, including Engineering, Sales, Account Managers and Clients, to lead and manage support escalations and coordinate campaign and creative setup requests.
  • Be the point of escalation for campaign issues, find resolution and develop a go-forward prevention plan for the same issue
  • Establish, document, and train peers on best practices and procedures
  • Provide recommendations for new product features
  • Work closely with our Engineering team for resolution
  • Work closely with our offshore team to ensure timely completion of requests
  • Continually refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness for our offshore team
  • Work closely with our Client Services Dept to create and implement client-specific processes
  • Become a Amobee expert capable of answering impromptu questions from internal and external contacts

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Ad Operations experience
  • 2+ years or client-facing experience
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Flexible, team-oriented collaborator
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of business groups, including the Client, Sales, Engineering and off-shore team 
  • A consultative approach; the ability to listen, understand and solve problems
  • Attention to detail and independent quality assurance of own work
  • An independent thinker with creative troubleshooting and escalation experience.
  • Deep understanding of the online advertising ecosystem
  • Process-oriented thinker with experience defining and documenting processes

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with multiple ad servers
  • Experience working with offshore support teams
  • Experience with video, mobile, and rich media campaigns
