Amobee is looking for a talented, resourceful and dynamic Senior Human Resources Manager to join the team in a 12-month contract role. The Snr HR Manager for APAC is responsible for all HR related activity including Recruitment, Business Partnering, L&D, Payroll, Rem & Benefits and Engagement. This role will manage a small team of an HR Business Partner (Singapore based) and an APAC Talent Acquisition Lead (Sydney based). This dynamic and challenging role will see you support the wider APAC business - ensuring that we attract and retain the industry's best talent. 

The Snr HR Manager is a crucial contributor to strategy development and execution at both a local and global level. You will need to maintain utmost confidentiality and professionalism in your work and establish effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across the business. Ultimately, we are looking for someone who is excited and passionate about promoting best practice HR policies and procedures, and has a strong interest in the digital advertising/media space.

The desired skill set we are looking for includes:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a HR work environment. Experience in the Online Media industry is highly regarded.
  • Completed Tertiary education in HR, Psychology or a related undergraduate Business Degree.
  • Proven experience in a complex HR environment and solid understanding of employment and immigration legislation. 
  • Proven Leadership experience and success 
  • A demonstrated passion for building and maintaining an organised, professional and cohesive work environment. 
  • High level of confidentiality. 
  • A strong client service focus.
