Position Summary

The Sales Trainer is responsible for the strategic vision and tactical execution of a fully-integrated sales training and development program. This individual will support, enhance and maintain our high performance culture by developing a sales training strategy based on on the thoughtful assessment, identification and prioritization of training requirements. By aligning with key stakeholders, and implementing best-in-class learning practices, this function will show direct impact on our revenue growth.


  • Design and execute sales training initiatives for a global sales team, including sales certification on Amobee’s product suite
  • Manage a comprehensive onboarding and orientation program for all new Sales hires
  • Partner with key leaders and subject matter experts to assess  developmental needs to drive training initiatives
  • Develop ad hoc curriculum relevant to critical business initiatives
  • Be a role model and representative of the Amobee culture both internally and externally
  • Identify skills gaps at all levels of Sales Organization
  • Promote a self-serve/Train-the-Trainer mentality and shared accountability for learning programs, leveraging internal colleagues as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales specific training and development experience
  • 1+ year Programmatic experience
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required
  • Demonstrated success in building a corporate learning and development strategy
  • Able to prioritize various training requests and understand which are most crucial to implement
  • Ability to develop and deliver training sessions
  • Detailed knowledge of sales training tools and potential vendor partnerships
  • Strong project management skills: follow-through on goals, plans, and projects
  • Willing and able to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working at an Agency Trading Desk or DSP
  • Competent in Platform Sales
