Campaign & Delivery Management:

  • Ensure campaigns are deployed with 100% accuracy and delivered to meet advertiser objectives
  • Amobee systems knowledge in end-to-end campaign & delivery management
  • Compile campaign pacing & delivery insights 
  • Validate large campaign adjustments & recommend strategies or additional Amobee products to improve overall scale and performance
  • Ability to trouble shoot basic technical issues
  • Understanding of optimization insights and making continuous recommendations to client
  • Competent knowledge of 3rd party data sources such as comScore, BlueKai, AdXpose & Nielsen
  • Provide exceptional customer service cross-functionality and to external parties

Delivery Management:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Delivery Managers/Campaign managers across and ensure KPIs are exceeded across all businesses
  • Identify specific areas for improvement for team members to help them achieve their individual targets
  • Understanding of optimization insights & make continuous recommendations to wider team
  • Continue to drive knowledge sharing for all members of the team
  • Drive involvement and collaboration within different levels of the Operations team

Client Leadership:

  • Drive client leadership / client management
  • Drive thought leadership for new ideas, with strategic input from a delivery perspective
  • Provide new pricing strategies and rates along with accurate product positioning to help grow certain areas of the business 


  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Ad Operations, with experience across Display, Mobile, Video & Social
  • 2 – 3 year practical experience in at least one or more of the following DSPs (The Trade Desk, DBM, Mediamath, Turn, Brandscreen, etc) with demonstrated capability to manage the platforms and run the campaigns autonomously
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Understand differences of Awareness and Direct Response campaign delivery to meet advertiser performance metrics
  • Experience in one of the top rich media trafficking systems (DoubleClick, Atlas, PointRoll, Eyeblaster, etc)
  • Exposure to HTML, JavaScript, & Flash
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; excel
  • Experience with comScore reporting systems
