Responsibilities

  • Manage office administration and be the focal point of all operational needs 
  • Support finance procedures 
  • Support HR processes
  • Manage all welfare activities 
  • Manage interfaces with service providers  

Requirements

  • A fun, energetic, people-oriented approach to life
  • Proven experience as an administration manager
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills
  • Confident and effective communicator, verbal and written -  Hebrew and English
  • A team player with leadership skills
