  • Support recruitment activities including organise interviews & completion of reference checks and offer letters
  • Maintain and update all job advertisements for recruitment including JobScore/LinkedIn/ JobsBank
  • Collate and distribute weekly recruitment reporting across offices
  • Manage all HR administrative duties including completing relevant forms to hire and exit employees, maintaining employee records, employee handbook, induction packs, organising training logistics, supporting the implementation of HR projects/initiatives
  • Provide employees with information about company policies, employee benefits etc
  • Support HRM to plan, organise and assist to conduct new employee orientation and induction
  • Management of training requests and approvals in line with budget
  • Manage and oversees special HR projects as assigned
  • Process invoices for recruitment, training, social events, HR tools and legal fees, and track these costs against budgets
  • Lead and provide support in organising quarterly Company Social and Team Building events
  • Provide input and feedback to create a great place to work
  • Help maintain a positive company culture
  • Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
  • Answer and screen incoming phone calls
  • Receive and sort daily mail/ deliveries
  • Order office/ pantry supplies and keep stock of inventory
  • Upkeep office image
