Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will assist various teams in the set up and maintenance of online advertising campaigns. This position will allow you to be a significant contributor in working with Fortune 1000 brands and leading agencies through the launch of new campaigns, maintenance of existing campaigns, various reporting and tracking needs, and campaign optimizations. You will learn and understand the various distribution channels of performance online marketing in order to maximize campaign performance and scale and you’ll master the platforms and tools utilized to support these campaigns. This position is entry-level and will be training-intensive. An aptitude for learning new technical skills and procedures, being organized and detailed oriented is a must.

  • Support the sales, delivery, and client services teams
  • Assist in the setup of campaigns through the use of tracking and deployment platforms
  • Organize and compile campaign details to support client facing teams
  • Assist in troubleshooting tracking related issues
  • Master internal and external systems to generate and provide statistical and data reports for analysis
  • Add and modify creative units within our tracking platform as needed
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues for internal and external systems
  • Ensure data integrity through utilizing strong attention to detail, accuracy and judgement
  • Prioritize incoming needs and requests based on what drives revenue and overall importance to the company

Required Qualifications:

  • No experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
  • Strong statistical & analytical skills, including ability to identify and quantify financial impact of opportunities with limited data
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with identifying and solving problems
  • Excellent computer skills -- Word, Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Fast learner, self-motivated and driven
  • Must be intelligent, professional, friendly and courteous
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HTML, graphics and web page knowledge or internet marketing experience
  • Experience with tracking/ad serving platforms (Atlas, DoubleClick, HitPath, Cake, HasOffers)
