Position Summary:

Our Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day trafficking, quality control and troubleshooting of Amobee campaigns in our proprietary ad server to ensure that campaigns are setup and tracking correctly. This role will require daily interaction with our internal teams such as Account Managers, Delivery Managers and Product Engineers. This position is entry-level and will be training-intensive. An aptitude for learning new technical skills and procedures, being organized and detailed oriented is a must.

  • Follow Amobee’s Ad Operations workflow, document new or changed protocols and suggest enhancements to the process
  • Traffic and QA creative campaigns (i.e. HTML, Flash files & 3rd party tags) into our ad server for Social, Display, Mobile and Video
  • Troubleshoot/test functionality and ad rendering in different environments (browser type and devices)
  • Execute change requests and revisions to ad campaigns accurately and in a timely manner
  • Create tracking pixels, send to internal teams, advise on implementation, conduct QA
  • Maintain frequent communication with Account Management on status of requested work and with Delivery Managers on upcoming campaign launches
  • Provide feedback to Product Engineers on systematic needs

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • No experience required
  • Detail-oriented and diligent work ethic with excellent organizational, project/time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong team player, able to manage high volume of work
  • Comfortable with technology and computers (eg. Html coding)
  • Proficient in MS office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Positive, proactive attitude and commitment to excellence
  • Self-starter, resourceful, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing or relevant industry
  • At least 1 yr experience in a support role
  • Experience interacting directly with clients
  • Ability to read and modify HTML, CSS, XML, and Javascript in an advertising context
