Campaign Management

  • End to end responsibility for campaign (Display/Mobile/Video/ Social) set up, reporting and insights across the client portfolio
  • Make recommendations to improve campaign performance through analytics and a deep understanding of the available levers internally, as well as externally
  • Provide accurate campaign pacing & delivery insights to client services team
  • Validate campaign adjustments & work to minimize billing discrepancies
  • Ability to trouble shoot basic technical issues
  • Assist in training and education sessions for Operations and Client Services

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with the Client Services team to educate Sales and Clients on new opportunities by proactively identifying new solutions & cross selling our range of media services
  • Work closely with Delivery team to ensure campaign execution and all objectives/requests are completed
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients/agencies as well as our vendors/suppliers (i.e.: third parties) to provide ongoing strategic consultation and support whilst managing expectations 


  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline or equivalent in Media / Marketing
  • At least 1 year experience in ad operations, preferable in digital campaigns
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and great attention to details 
  • Proven successful organisation and administration skills
  • Ability to prioritize and focus on multiple tasks in high-pressure situations
