The Campaign Manager role is a part of a high-performing Client Service team in Brisbane. Recognised as trusted mobile advertising experts, you'll utilise your Digital Campaign Management experience and analysis skills to deliver impressive results and insights to your agency clients. Working on-site with the client full-time allows you to gain a deep understanding of their digital strategy and maximise the opportunities to include mobile advertising solutions as an integral part of their media planning activity.

Responsibilities: 

  • Working closely with clients, internal ad operations and publisher teams to deliver successful mobile advertising campaigns

  • Set up all mobile campaigns across your client patch ensuring publisher partners have a clear understanding of campaign KPIs and any technical issues are solved prior to campaign launch

  • Conduct detailed campaign analysis to generate valuable insights and recommendations to clients

  • Working closely with Publisher partners to understand mobile product capability and support Client Services team to develop strategic mobile media plans

  • Attend client meetings and contribute in presentations and proactive engagement opportunities where appropriate

  • Learn about mobile ad tech and what drives campaign success, establishing yourself as a digital marketing expert and trusted advisor to clients

Require Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years in a Digital Campaign Operations role, experience with mobile campaigns is highly regarded

  • Exceptional communication skills across email, phone and in-person

  • Strong data analysis skills 

  • Superior attention to detail & organisational skills

  • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and juggle multiple stakeholders/campaigns simultaneously

  • Able to effective manage your time to adhere to strict deadlines, and respond to urgent briefs/queries when required
