The Campaign Manager role is a part of a large Client Service team based in our Sydney office. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of Digital Campaigns across a portfolio of clients. You will be a trusted advisor to the Account Management teams and the client in relation to all Operations queries and build strong relationships across our internal teams, the client and publisher partners.

Responsibilities:

  • End to end full-funnel campaign management

  • Weekly reporting of campaigns to track metrics against target and goals

  • Work closely with our in-house programmatic and social teams to learn about and optimise campaigns

  • Manage Post Campaign Review meetings and provide insights & recommendations

  • Collaborate with media partners to make strategic, effective media buys to deliver strong ROI

  • Manage the billings process for campaigns maintaining a high level of accuracy and adhering to deadlines

  • Manage a large group of stakeholders to ensure campaigns adhere to budget, deadlines and objectives

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years in a Digital Campaign Operations role, experience with Google Marketing Platforms and Social are highly regarded

  • Exceptional communication skills across email, phone and in-person

  • Strong data analysis skills

  • Superior attention to detail & organisational skills

  • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and juggle multiple stakeholders/campaigns simultaneously

  • Able to effective manage your time to adhere to strict deadlines, and respond to urgent briefs/queries when required

Highly desirable:

  • Media agency experience

  • A fast learner

  • Proactive and innovative

  • Sound knowledge of Ad op platforms
