Responsibilities:

Account Management

  • Proactive, day-to-day customer relationship management via multiple communication touchpoints (call, email, text, messaging, face-to-face)
  • Responsible for the development of digital strategy and corresponding media plans
  • Ensure delivery standards for campaigns and accounts
  • Effectively communicate Amobee’s value proposition & product suite  
  • Identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive incremental revenue growth within existing client accounts
  • Accountable for onboarding, training & fulfillment of all deployments
  • Constantly monitor & improve customer satisfaction as it relates to the management, execution, implementation & fulfillment processes
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Ad Operations team to ensure campaigns are delivered to meet advertiser objectives

Support to Account Director

  • Educate clients on new opportunities by proactively identifying new solutions & mobile innovation opportunities
  • Be an integral role in supporting the onboarding of new clients
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to help design and enhance our offerings by communicating market realities & expectations

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline or equivalent in Media / Marketing
  • At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in a media planning/buying and experience in managing a team 
  • Exposure to Mobile and Digital Advertising landscape
  • Track records of establishing good working relationship with digital media vendors
  • A proven track record of achievements against objectives & targets
  • Ability to manage pre-sales & deployment processes, including client presentations & product demonstrations
  • Knowledge of supply & demand of digital ad inventory
