Position Summary:

As part of a close knit, cohesive Client Services team, the Account Coordinator will work closely and collaboratively with the Account Managers, Optimization Managers, Sales and Support teams to deliver best of breed client service, customized campaign management and planning, and drive product adoption. The Account Coordinator will play an integral role in recommending and implementing strategies for meeting client goals. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for successful campaign management operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage digital advertising campaigns.

  • Recommend and implement strategies for meeting client goals and objectives.

  • Execute and optimize campaigns within the platform.

  • Regularly provide clients with campaign pacing and performance reporting.

  • Work cross functionally to implement plans to achieve goals.

  • Identify and present ways to grow client spend on the Amobee platform.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to handle multiple deliverables with tight deadlines.

  • Troubleshooting skills with creative ability to overcome challenges and problem-solve.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.

  • Proven verbal and written communication skills in a consultative, client-facing environment.

  • Proactive self-starter, flexible, and team-oriented collaborator capable of thriving in a startup environment.

  • Microsoft Excel skills (including pivot tables, vlookup, chart making, etc).

  • Native Japanese speaker and fluent in English.
     

Desired Education:

  • BA/BS, or graduate degree preferred with a strong academic record.

  • Undergraduate degree in Advertising, Marketing, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent is a plus.
