This suite of legal practice software products, individually or combined, allows law firms to improve the workflow necessary to support the entire litigation or filing lifecycle, and reduce the risks associated with missing dates and current content.

American LegalNet is seeking a Customer Support Representative


  • Answer incoming calls supporting all company products 
  • Engage customers, adapt and respond to different types of customer requirements or requests
  • First point of contact for technical support for our Legal Forms Software and our electronic court filing service
  • Update and maintain court forms and other legal content on our sites
  • Proofread and check content on our sites so that it is accurate and up-to-date
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Make follow-up calls to customers on a regular basis 
  • Support all departments in other projects as necessary
  • Capable of working alone without direct supervision
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Must be proactive and able to communicate well
  • Excellent organization skills, ability to easily multi-task, and able to problem solve
  • Must be very detail-oriented
  • Must work well in a team setting
  • Additional administrative responsibilities as necessary 


  • 2+ Years + customer service
  • Legal experience required w/electronic fling preferred (or comparable education preferably legal assistant/paralegal)
  • Proficient in formatting and proofreading legal documents
  • Strong phone communication and active listening skills
  • Technology and Internet savvy
  • Knowledgeable of state and federal court structures
  • Must be proficient in all versions of Microsoft Word
  • Knowledgeable of other Microsoft Suite Products including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Access
  • Knowledgeable in Adobe Acrobat
  • Basic computer troubleshooting skills
