  • Work closely with clients and non-technical team members to understand goals and product vision.

  • Bring real world practical experience to apply theories of software architecture and design to the challenges at hand.

Requirements for Success:

  • You are a self starter who is passionate about solving problems with software.

  • You have strong opinions on how things should be built, yet are flexible in achieving solutions.

  • You want to actively improve the development machine.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • 7+ years related work experience.

  • Deep understanding of software development from feature request to support.

  • Excellent knowledge of software patterns and principles and specifically strong in web-based systems.

  • Solid skills in modern object-oriented programming languages and enterprise design patterns. Deep .NET experience is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and support maintainable software.
