Project Coordinator

Software Development | Portland, OR | Full Time

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate problem solver who enjoys collaborating with development teams.  Our strength is engaging our clients in creating the highest value software features and you will assist our development teams in tracking all details that leads to positive business outcomes. You excel when your day is packed with action items and key to dos. If this sounds like you, we’d like to talk.

Your responsibilities:

  • Help facilitate our development teams' interaction with stakeholders by coordinating internal and client meetings, planning meeting agendas, and documenting meeting outcomes.

  • Support teams in working towards the simplest solutions that gets our clients incremental wins.

  • Provide Scrum Master support for develop work task creation, project portfolio management, and managing tasks/deadlines for burndown tracking.

  • Review the status of current projects, particularly any that are "in flight" with upcoming releases.

  • Document release notes for our client’s software.

  • Coordinate post release closure processes to ensure things are completed properly.
