AltSource continues to invest in our Sales and Marketing departments, and we are currently looking to expand our top-of-funnel business development capabilities. This isn't Boiler Room or Wolf of Wall Street. It's an opportunity to join an ambitious and thoughtful team of Sales professionals who want to leverage the latest technology and best practices to deliver a compelling business value proposition to prospective clients across the country. You will be challenged to expand your communication capabilities, increase your tactical sales knowledge, and significantly enhance your technological prowess. This role is the jump-off for the high-earning technology sales career you're determined to lock-down - without the trappings that come with most insides sales and business development roles.
Execute Business Development and Sales Planning activities with departmental leadership
Consistent, thoughtful, and direct warm and cold outreach to prospective clients via email, social media, and phone
Develop deep understanding of AltSource's technological capabilities and services
Identify client pain points and align them to AltSource's solutions delivery capabilities
Document prospective client interactions in Salesforce
Collaborate with Marketing and Solutions Delivery teams to learn about compelling case studies, use cases, and client success stories
Evangelize AltSource's unique value prop during prospective client discovery calls
Be brave - offer creative solutions for increased productivity and improved outcomes
Develop subject-matter expertise through independent research, reading, career development, and mentorship relationships with Senior Sales professionals
The Big 5:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
~ 1-2 years of inside B2B Sales experience in technology product/service
Track record of high achievement/performance against individual goals
Verifiable success in collaborative, outcome-based environment
Strong alignment with AltSource's organizational values
