The Work Order Administrator is responsible for supporting the Blue Mountain RAM CMMS work orders for the Facilities Team.  Must be able to multi-task and communicate effectively with cross-functional groups, to coordinate work to be scheduled. 

 

  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Evaluate and process incoming work requests in the BMRAM system. Coordinate with other departments to generate, plan and schedule work. 

  • Review reports and identify upcoming and overdue work orders, which pose a compliance risk.  

  • Determine upcoming Planned Maintenance and Calibration work and coordinate with Asset Owners and Manufacturing Planner/Scheduler to identify equipment maintenance windows. 

  • Updating customers on status of scheduled work. 

  • Update Asset and Work Records with required documentation and attachments. 

  • Assist in maintaining the Spare Parts Program within BMRAM, including inventory and building Asset BOMs. 

  • Other duties will be assigned as understanding of system and processes develop.

Position Requirements & Experience: 

  • 2-4 years experience in a CMMS Role (BMRAM preferred)  

  • Sound foundation with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel is a must)  

  • High School GED 

  • Excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize effectively to deliver results within reasonably established timelines 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

  • Strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication are essential in this collaborative work environment
