About Us:
All God's Children (AGC)** is a nationally accredited, private, not-for-profit corporation that has been nurturing the spirit and building the character of children and families since 1999 (kyagc.org).
AGC is looking for a part-time toddler room teacher during the hours of 7:30am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Approx. 25 to 30 hours a week.
Requirements:
- Prefer a minimum of 1 year experience working with children
- Prefer CDA certification
- HS diploma or GED required
- Must be 18 years of age
- Have the ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must work well with children and have the energy and flexibility to meet the changing needs of children.
- Infant and child CPR/First Aid (will be provided by AGC upon employment)
Responsibilities:
- Provide love and quality care for the children throughout the day in order to meet their emotional and physical needs (infant-2 years of age)
- Plan and execute indoor and outdoor experiences appropriate to the developmental levels of the children
- Interacting with children or infants both physically and verbally throughout the day
- Clean and organize classroom
- Must have a passion for working with babies and children!
