About Us:

ALEXIS is a high-end womenswear line established in 2008.  ALEXIS' collections  are sold in more than 250 boutique and luxury department stores worldwide.


  • Provide financial statements and analysis
  • Bank and credit card payable reconciliations
  • Maintain balance sheet schedules
  • Coordinate with external CPA
  • Improve processes and controls
  • Supervise accounting staff and assist them with overflow workloads
  • Control costs and lost revenue by performing designated internal control procedures
  • Maximize AR collections through close monitoring of receivables
  • Track all POs through payment process to ensure timely payment and adherence to PO requirements 


  • 7+ years accounting experience
  • Accounting degree a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Quick learner and deep user of multiple software products used in the business
  • Strong Excel skills (v-lookup and pivot tables)
  • Thorough and detail oriented
  • Experience in manufacturing and wholesale businesses
