Air Revive is the recognized leader in the refurbishment and re-commissioning of hydronic fan coil, packaged, and split system HVAC units.  Its services extend the life of the HVAC assets, improve indoor air quality, occupant comfort and reduce energy consumption.

AirRevive is in Davie, Florida.

Responsibilities:

  • Air Revive is looking for Field Project Manager with leadership, supervisory skills, and a strong mechanical understanding of the operation of HVAC systems. Based in Davie, Florida, the Field Project Manager will lead a team of Technicians, and will serve our business in the United States & Canada.

    The job duties include:

  • Perform property site surveys that provide data leading to a structured cost evaluation and accurate quotation.
  • Comply with all Company directives including reports, safety practices and management policies.
  • Monitor and report daily, performance to the scope of work, workmanship, schedules, inspect and quantify Quality Assurance results using pictures in weekly reports to ensure complete customer satisfaction with on time completion.
  • Collaborate and coordinate effectively with customers, Technicians, sub-contractors and the supporting organizations of Air Revive, including corporate sales project management, sales, operations and accounting.
  • Monitor project budgets, time costs impacts, crew time sheets and cost coding of expenses.
  • Perform “hands-on’ tasks, as needed, to support crew and schedule needs.
  • Coordinate with company Management, contractors and direct delivery suppliers.
  • Coach employees to improve performance and build skills. Supervise performance and take actions as appropriate.
  • Deliver to all employees and sub-contractors information and materials required for a Safe Work-site.
  • Follow and deliver on Company and OSHA Safety Guidelines and Reporting practices. 
  • Maintain ongoing performance appraisals of Technicians to necessary skills. Complete task accomplishment reports, mid-year and annual performance appraisals of Technicians.

Requirements:

  • Five+ years of experience in mechanical field service required.
  • Skilled and knowledgeable in the overall operation of HVAC systems.
  • Experience in project management and planning in Facilities Management, Construction or Industrial operations.
  • Requires 2+ years of supervisory or other leadership experience that demonstrates an ability to lead, motivate, and develop others.
  • Ability to develop and sustain a vision of technical excellence and business growth that is shared by the entire team.
  • Must have a collaborative style that encourages the free flow of communication to remove obstacles, promote problem solving and teamwork.
  • Able to remain calm and even tempered in the face of challenges, demands, and deadlines.
  • Professional verbal and writing communication skills: must be able to describe the business with metrics, use business data to present recommendations, explain mechanical problems, and articulate the thinking behind recommendations.
  • Capable in Outlook, Word and Excel. 
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings and schematics related to HVAC.
  • Extensive travel required.
  • Must have an active driver’s license with a good driving record, a clean background history with no prior issues and able to pass a required physical evaluation.
  • Outdoor physical activity is required, including able to lift 50 lbs., ascending/descending ladders, staircases, climbing in, under, and around large equipment often located outside.
  • Additional Engineering education with BS/BA, valued.
