We are seeking a Full-time Sales Support/Permit Coordinator to join our sales department and ensure smooth project execution through efficient installation planning and permit management.
We are seeking individuals who are looking for an opportunity to grow with us. The Installation Coordinator supports the efficient operation of the Residential Sales Department by performing a wide range of administrative and coordination functions. If you are great at multitasking and are energized by staying busy then you are exactly what we need and we hope you will join our team.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Working with the residential sales department to enter the correct information for each installation into our database, including rebates and financing information.
Take and enter sales leads into our database.
Coordinate the necessary job packets for the installation department.
Continue to update paperwork, including payment information.
Enter customer surveys.
Ensure that all permits are filed promptly while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Communicate with clients the status of permitting applications and respond to questions regarding the permitting process.
Coordinate with the local municipalities to ensure that all permits are issued in a timely manner.
Additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
Proficiency with MS-Office tools.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines while performing tasks with completeness and accuracy.
