Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrating expert knowledge of HVAC products and services.

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with customers.

  • Available to handle sales calls (leads will be provided) weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays.

  • Measure each home, scope the installation, and measure the sheet metal (if applicable).

  • Discuss all equipment options and financing with the customer and provide a formal proposal.

  • After closing the sale, create an install worksheet, and secure the necessary permits.

  • Collaborate and meet with our installation teams at 7:30 AM start time for each job sold to ensure seamless project execution.

  • After the installation, follow up with the customer, ensuring their satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • 5 years of HVAC sales experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Clean driving record.

  • Familiarity with Carrier equipment is a plus.

  • System design and sizing experience to meet customer needs.

  • Knowledge of new construction, retrofit, forced air, and Hydronics.
