We're growing! New Jersey’s premier HVAC-Plumbing-Electrical company is looking for a full-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. This position reports to our Customer Service Manager and is a fully on-site role, working 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

Key Functions:
- Communicate professionally with customers through various channels, such a phone, email, chat and social media.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about our products and services, using the right methods and tools.
- Identify and assess customers' needs and expectations and provide solutions that exceed them.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers, by being empathetic, honest, responsive, and professional.
- Generate sales leads by discovering customers' interests and preferences.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate resolutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues and managers to ensure a high-quality customer service process.
Our Successful Candidate will have:
Customer Service experience (3-4 years preferred in HVAC, construction, or technical setting)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), bi-lingual Spanish a plus!
Proficient with computers and standard software packages (MS-Word, Excel, etc.)
Genuine desire to grow and learn, as well as contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment
Creative problem-solving skills - ability to piece together account history detail with your knowledge to quickly understand what the customer needs
Flexibility/adaptability/patience/kindness
Ability to multi-task
Detail orientated and organized
Strong math skills
Ability to be on-call (planned rotation for ~8-10 Saturdays throughout the year w/overtime pay provided)
Associates degree strongly preferred
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
