Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Processor


Careful, detailed and efficient processor needed for AP/AR department.  Applicants should be process-driven with the ability to understand the larger focus of the organization.  Good written and verbal communication and computer competency required.  Familiarity with Excel is valued and preferred.


Primary responsibilities will be statement reconciliation, deposit processing, auditing of account transactions and following up on outstanding transactional issues with internal staff members and external vendors.


Applicants should have some bookkeeping and processing experience.  Educational background in finance or other related courses preferred.


Qualified applicants looking for a full-time position or those wanting part-time (25-30 hours weekly) and growing to a full-time position will be considered.
