About Us:

AGM Management LLC is a 70+ person property management company that owns and manages a portfolio of 25+ apartment buildings throughout the United States. We are looking to hire a full-time Office Assistant to support our Property Manager at an affordable housing community in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, detail-oriented, coachable, and self-motivated. Though helpful, previous experience at a property management firm is not necessary.   • General reception duties (e.g. answering phones, directing calls to appropriate parties, greeting residents/vendors/etc.)
  • Open and sort mail
  • Process and upload bills and payables in Quickbooks
  • Assist in maintaining resident files to ensure they are complete and accurate
  • Maintain company files using MS SharePoint
  • Maintain records of work order requests and unit turns using internal company database
  • Support Property Manager as needed


  • 2+ years experience in office or admin support
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook and comfortable using a computer to routinely perform job functions.
  • High School Degree
