About Us

Agape Pediatric Therapy is seeking to hire a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our award-winning team. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available.

Agape Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned and locally run outpatient pediatric clinic in Richland, Washington. Agape provides Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech Language Pathology (SLP) services for children of all ages and conditions living in the Tri-Cities and surrounding communities. Agape serves over 350 children and families each week and has been voted Gold BEST Pediatric Therapy clinic in Tri-Cities three years in a row.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a current Washington state Physical Therapy license.

  • Out of state or a new grad not yet licensed must be willing to obtain WA PT license.


Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat

  • Develop and train caregivers in home program

  • Maintain patient confidentiality

  • Document clearly and concisely

  • Collaborate across disciplines

  • Attend team meetings

  • Manage time efficiently and follow schedule

  • Maintain active WA state licensure and complete all required CEUs

  • Support clinic culture and mission
