Agape Pediatric Therapy is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our joyful, collaborate, and growing team. Agape is a therapist-owned and locally run pediatric outpatient therapy clinic in Richland, WA. We provide PT, OT, and SLP services for children of all ages and conditions. Agape has been voted BEST Pediatric Therapy clinic in Tri-Cities three years in a row.

Qualifications

Must hold a current Washington state Occupational Therapy license. If out of state or a new grad not yet licensed, must be willing to obtain WA OT license.


Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat

  • Develop and train caregivers in home program

  • Maintain patient confidentiality

  • Document clearly and concisely

  • Collaborate across disciplines

  • Attend team meetings

  • Manage time efficiently and follow schedule

  • Maintain active WA state licensure and complete all required CEUs

  • Support clinic culture and mission
