Job Description

We are seeking an RVP MidWest for our LA Based client that is changing the way marketing decision makers understand their cross-channel portfolio.  By using proprietary Ensemble Method and state-of-the-art machine learning, which enables them to break free of the one size fits all algorithm and creates a truly unique dynamic predictive solution for customers, marketers can identify clear understandable ways to achieve efficiency gains of 30-50%. And as an independent lean startup, they are untethered from any media entity influence.



  • Develop and successfully implement a go-to-market strategy with a target account strategy.

  • Manage complex sales cycle.

  • Present Conversion Logic’s core message, capabilities and product demo.

  • Feedback loop to sales, marketing and product.

  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline to supporting a path to exceeding goals.

  • Accurate quarterly forecasting and revenue generation.



  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.

  • 6+ years experience with a successful track record exceeding goals.

  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise solution selling.

  • Motivated self-starter with a strong desire for progress.
