Account Executive, Publisher Development

Job Description


AdTalent is seeking an Account Executive, Publisher Development, that will be responsible for prospecting and developing new partnerships with publisher prospects across the US. The primary focus of this role is to establish contact with new publishers, conduct product demos, negotiate contracts and follow up with prospects with the goal of driving deployment of ad products. The role requires an individual with some experience or exposure to the AdTech, Online digital space. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and a strong desire to be in business development and/or sales.


  • Identify and onboard new publishers inventory for our client's monetization platform
  • Prospect and build publisher relationships, lead deal teams and negotiate key terms and structure agreements to expand our client's publisher base
  • Ensure all publisher integrations are transitioned properly and successfully in communication with client's Business Operations team for the quickest turnaround possible
  • Partner with Senior Business Development leads to ensure smooth on boarding and working with Account Management team
  • Identify new leads and areas for growth aligned with new product releases
  • Train publishers on our client's product and partner-facing tools
  • Attend tradeshows, conferences and other events across the US for building and maintaining publisher relationships
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline, prioritize leads and clearly communicate sales status to management
  • Day-to-day input into regarding potential publisher accounts
  • Analyze business results, generate reports, and build sales presentations


  • 1-3 years experience in sales, sales support, coordinating or planning
  • Passion and desire to develop into sales and sales development
  • Experience client facing, exposure to sales or business development, and/or Account Management
  • Proficiency in digital ad technology and/or programmatic advertising strongly preferred
